Survivor experiences of coercive control

Submit your testimony for Control No More.
The Control No More community is envisioned as a place of education, understanding, and connection through victim/survivor stories. Control No More's mission is to create positive change toward the eradication of coercive control and other forms of domestic violence.
Testimonies are submitted by anonymous victim/survivors to shine a light on the many varied ways in which coercive control appears in relationships. Coercive control is no singular act of violence, but an accumulative and insidious tactic of control often making it difficult to define.
If you would like to share aspects of coercive control from your current or past relationship/s, you are invited to submit your testimonial. All testimonials will be kept completely anonymous.
Control No More is created by a survivor of Coercive Control. I spent 15 years in coercive controlling relationships with three seperate abusers. I was diagnosed with PTSD in 2023. My mission is to heal through sharing my story and helping educate myself and others.
